I Have Been In Dangerous Situations Before
First off can I just say this avatar for this group is amusing?
I have written a few stories about a volatile, abusive ex boyfriend I dated in my late teens into my mid twenties. He was an alcoholic and drug addict. He did not hang out with the best people. I used to stay in his apartment with him a lot since I still was living at home at the time. I can remember vividly one night I was there we heard a pounding at the door in the middle of the night. It was his friend Brian who was a well known bad ***/drug dealer. I never liked him and didn't like my boyfriend hanging around him. I knew he was dangerous because he had stabbed my boyfriend in the thigh before but he never went to the hospital for it. I could feel something bad was going on. They were talking very cryptic to each other. I got the idea that my boyfriend owed him money for drugs. Initially I was waiting in the bedroom because I wasn't dressed but I moved out to the kitchen bar because I feared for the safety of my boyfriend. This is the one and only time I have done this but I was literally shaking from extreme fear in my seat. I was waiting for something horrific to happen. I kept trying to ask my boyfriend if everything was okay. He kept saying, "Yeah" but he never took his eyes off his friend. He ended up leaving because my boyfriend promised to get the money to him. That was a very scary situation for me and I will never forget it.
