But It's Not True!

I carry the burden of my own wrongdoings alone. It's all manipulation. None of it is real. No one should ever be made to feel ashamed that their actions has blemished thier families. Resorting to such tactics is despiccable and a disgrace.

I agree. They are a tool used to manipulate others. They also make the accuser feel somehow superior. In the end all you can do is live your life and say "fuckem". You're never gonna prove them wrong in their minds, so why expend the energy. Cheers.

unfortunately they are our best critics.. and most unfortunate thing...i also am my best critic... but they shud feel proud of us...

I think almost everyone's parents have said something to that effect at least once. I don't care for the added dose of guilt. Not one bit.

sure.. just take it as a constructive and possessive criticism... life becomes easier

I just created this experience group mainly for those who feel frustrated in this way. I haven't had any dealings with my parents in quite some time.
