Single For My Whole Life (and Oddly I'm Okay With That!)

Wierd, I know.

the 25 years I've been on this earth, I've never been in a relationship. Never really cared for a girl much at all. I'm still following my religion wth abstinence before marraige and all that.

I'm the middle child in my family, the youngest in my family is 18, and the oldest 27. They have all moved on to be married and all four of them except the youngest have had their first kid already as well. They are all also working it hard in the real world, almost struggling to get money to live on. Its the same with all of my friends. They have all married, and moved on with their lives, where as I'm still living it single.

I just started college again at 25, and maybe it was a good idea to stay single and work the last few years instead of settling down, maybe it was a bad idea, seeing as I'm still in young adult mode, and everyone else I know had to discover something called responsibility at an earlier age. but you know what? I'm still sort of okay with it. Or maybe I'm just crazy. What do you guys think?

I think ur fine just the way you are... my mom is a pastor so she's overprotective with me dating guys...she said guys this day and time is different from men in her day... yes she is and I am strict with waiting for marriage before even having sex... I'm in the same boat as mom showed me responsibility at a young age to show me not to depend on people and when I mess up I can see the consequences of My actions... u are a good guy...keep going.
