In February 2010, I was in an awful accident. I was actually pronounced dead before they were able to resuscitate me. I was in a coma for almost two weeks. After I got out of the coma, I went to rehab to regain my strength and make sure my head was alright. I had suffered from a brain hemorrhage, a depressed skull fracture, asphyxiation, cardiac arrest, and had drowned. It was a miracle that I had even lived. Rehab wasn't all bad. Basically I had a lot of medical tests everyday, and they took care of me. It was like being in the hospital but more intensive care. Rehab REALLY helped me heal properly and quickly. I am very thankful for that. Because I went to rehab, I was able to go home less than a month after the accident. I went to doctors appointments every week for a few months after I went home just to check everything, but rehab took care of the healing process for the most part.
