I Have Been to the Desert

I was in the Arabian desert some years ago living in a tent. I was amazed to discover frost on the ground in the mornings, nice to experience something you don't expect.

    I've been there too. I got there in January and was surprised to learn that it snows lol. I lived in a tent city, which was okay...we had ac units outside of the tents, powered by generators. But, what I hated was waking up in the middle of the night and having to put all my gear on, and walk like 300 yards to the latrine. We drank so much water that I awoke every night withour fail, and feared that I would pee on myself before I got there.
