I Have Borderline Personality Disorder
I already share my story, for what I have gotten a few thank you's and therefore I'd like to say thank you to those who have taken the time to read it.
I however feel like sharing a few stuff to read, including this two blogs that...for the life of me I cannot explain how awesome they are. Keep an open mind and wear your intention. I mean it. A lot of times we say we want or wish to get better, but when we realize the amount of (daily) discipline it takes, we take a step back to what we already know. (chaos and hell). Our intention is the energy we put to our acts. And life is a realm of actions. As Carlos Castaneda said in "The Teachings of Don Juan": "“The trick is in what one emphasizes. We either make ourselves miserable, or we make ourselves happy. The amount of work is the same.”
Without further expanding this please take a look (if you want!)
http://spiritualemergency.blogspot.com/ A blog written by someone who has undergone schizophrenia and happens to be absolutely brilliant in his writing and the way he perceives his schizophrenia.
http://www.zabrinah.com/ This woman is awesome too. No, she doesn't seem to have any "disorder" and the title of her blog might even sound dreadfully corny. But believe me people, specially women: she has clarity. Read the blog, trust me, you're gonna laugh and some other things you will understand. AND..if you put to practice her ideas...life (at least when it comes to love relationships) will start making sense. Or at least we stop dating jerks and taking **** from men who do not deserve our love.
On the other hand, there are a few books I'd like to suggest as well, I've read them of course so... I know that they might help, if you wear your intention. :)
The Four Agreements (Miguel Ruiz)
Women who run with wolves (Clarissa Pinkola) (This book should be on every woman's night table)
Crones don't whine (Jean Shinoda Bolen)
And this little article by Liz Schreiber: http://www.saybrook.edu/forum/univ/best-treatments-borderline-personality-disorder-are-deeply-personal
I wish all of you a great weekend, full of health, experiences, smiles and lots and lots of learning.
