March 31st

I got my braces put on March 31st, so now I'm part of the "braceface" club. I've received a lot of positive feedback about them, which I wasn't expecting. I'm 4 days in and the only difficult part is the canker sores  ...other than that they aren't that bad. I'm glad I decided to get braces b/c my teeth has always been a source of embarrassment for me. I was very self conscious about them and hated smiling or showing them to anyone. So this year I decided to do something about it! I have to wear them for the next 2 years, but that's ok. I just want a beautiful smile
