Always Left Feeling Less Than What I Am...

I was a highly active child and teenager but no matter how much work I put into being thin, no matter how many calories I cut, and exercise programs I did I never felt confident in my own skin.  It's miserable to have people tell me I look beautiful and still feel like I am nothing.  My self esteem was shot when I was a child and my parents continued to tell me how "fat" I was getting. Seriously? I never feel like I even compete with the so called skinny girls...

I know, my parents always told me I was fat too, so I became bulimic at 14. I'm here if you want to talk.
