Hey, Heres a Little Intro.

Hi I have been struggling with bulimia for about 7 yrs. i don't think it is as bad as other cases. i go through phases when i don't do it at all and then it will come back again and i am doing it several times a day for a week, etc. i am not skin and bones either by any means (i'm 5'4 and weigh 138) so i am a little chubs lol. actually its not funny, i hate being fat and dealing with this too. i am trying to lose weight in a healthy way but i always wind up back to binge/purge which sucks because it doesn't help me lose weight anymore, sometimes, i even gain a couple pounds. anyway, that's all i have to say for now.,.  this is my first time doing something like this and i'm a little hesitant. ugh. o well.

If you wan to lose weight the healthy way I suggest talking about with your friends and I'm sure they will help you out. Like you could plan to walk a few days a week with a few people. I find it easier to commit to something when I have people supporting me along the way.
