so people with celiac disease, did your life changed after you were diagnosed?
Like a lot, or not?
I`m just anxious about it.
Just three more days before I know for sure if I have it, but it`s almost a sure thing.
So any advice would be great

I feel MUCH better, going Gluten-Free.

A year and a half after going completely grain-free, my life is better than it ever was before. I had none of the typical symptoms, which I guess is why it took until I was 41 and completely laid flat for several years (!) to figure it out, but I did and it's the best thing that ever happened to me. No more depression, anxiety, back pain, constant muscle spasms, insomnia...I feel happy for the first time in my life. It's really been a miracle for me. I hope you're hanging in there and feeling much better.

After I was diagnosed I stayed gluten free for 2 years and I felt so much more belly problems! Don't be worried about your results, it's not an easy fix or adjustment but atleast there is something you can do. It's also possible to that you can have temporary celiacs and maybe after a couple of months or years it can be resolved and you can go back to eat whatever you want. But don't get your hopes up..that didnt happen for me but it could for you ya never know. Goodluck!
