Std Awesome

I recently found out I have chlamydia I know I got it from my recent live in bf....he moved in with me and he has kids from previous relationship...ding ding red flag.  I started up with symptoms like massive craps bleeding with intercourse, spotting, lower back pain that was about 3 months ago.  I went to the dr got blood work....ultrasounds....very painful paps...not once not twice but 3 times within a month. Up to the day which was four days ago my so called bf kissed me good bye saying i love you went to work and that afternoon he brought a moving truck while I was at work to move out.  My kids where home and asked them not to say anything.   My 17 yr old showed up at my work upset.  I went home and without explanation he was moving out.  That same day my dr called unfortunately I missed the call.  So the next day i found out I was positive for chlamydia....I told the ex bf he needed to get tested.  He tried to tell me he got tested already and was fine.  That SOB tried to tell me I got it from someone else when he was the only I was sleeping with.  I don't sleep around and now I feel dirty and ashamed.  I have no desire to ever date again.  I'm so upset and yes I've been treated but still....wtf?! I'm 36 and never had an std until now.
