Rear Ended 3 Months Ago

i had a car accident was rearended 3 months ago injured my back neck and jaw been in pt for 3 month and chiropractor 3 x   a week was supposed to go back to my heavy lifting job but dr say no way am i ready to do that have constant pain esp.in back never goes away had 2 epidorals did not help at all the pain travels down to my foot getting a bit depressed thanks
