I Hope This Can Help Someone.

I've suffered with CHs since 1989 and in 2006 I went into deep prayer at the onset of an episode. I have since been practicing a technique that has helped with my episodes immensely. My headaches typically start with pressure which builds into a full headache. As soon as I feel the pressure start I go through the following series.
1. Attempt to use the restroom (both urinate and bowel movement)
2. Drink a glass of water (not cold, just cool)
3. Eat something (at least enough that would stop hunger)
4. Adjust my body temperature (if I'm hot, I cool off and vice versa)
Overall I try to make myself as comfortable as possible after going through the other steps. I also minimize excess physical exertion during my episodes.
As I said earlier, this has worked wonders for me over the last 5 years and I want to help as many people as possible. I know that everyone is different but if I can give 1 person the relief that I've had since starting this, then I am happy.

If this helps you please email me or respond to this post. I just want to know if it works for anyone else. There is also another technique that I learned about tonight, drink water every 30 minutes during your episode.
