Yes I talk to My Pets and I have no doubt they can understand me. My Pets are Family to me. I Live on the Gulf Coast and no way would I leave my pets when a Hurricane was approaching.

I find the company of my pets can be better than that of most people at times! There is no question that they are part of our family and are treated as such :)
We used to have a Blue Burmese cat called Billy who was extremely talkative, he had such a vibrant character, it brightened up the worst of days!!
