Great Advice In This Clip!

 

There is some great info at the beginning of this clip to help understand why and some fabulous tools/ advice at the end to help with dealing with mood swings. Some of my most creative moments have happened while I was on top of the mountain or in the depths of the valley. I sometimes worry that if I level out my moods - the creative juices will stop flowing. But I need to get some sleep.
