Death Of A Cousin

It was just a normal day. I was performing my daily routine. I got out of bed and went to take a shower. My mom stopped me before I got to the bathroom and told me that my cousin, Andy, was dead. She told me that he hung himself. He was only 16 then. It was just a couple weeks before Christmas. Me and Andy hung out all summer just a few months before he died. When my mom told me what happened, I just froze. I didn't know what to do. I didn't want to believe what I was hearing. I just walked into the bathroom, got in the shower, and cried, and cried some more. That was about 3 years ago...

I hope your cousin is happy there. I'm sure he is.

I'm sorry for your loss.

I'm horribly sorry to hear that... Something like that can really traumatized someone. If there's ANYTHING you need to talk about, don't hesitate!!

Im sorry to hear. I have never experienced someone to actually have the attempt work but i have family members and very good friends that have tried and gotten very sick from their attempts. Im really so sorry to hear that though :(

I just had to reply to this as a EP Volunteer and someone that has been there. I am a youth minister. I work mostly with teenagers and middle age parents that have children. Many young people also come to me so I do understand.
We belong to a club; suicide victims. My niece hung herself and she was twenty. I worked with her constantly and we shared so much together. If you ever want to talk please message me. I would like it if you would add me as a friend.

That is so very sad~ I am so sorry to hear about your loss...
