Crying In The Shower Is Good Therapy

I have told many of my clients to use water and candles while taking a bath and/or shower. I believe it is good therapy. One reason is that you are alone and you can think and cry without someone seeing you. Most women and men did not want to admit they have cried. To them it is a sign of weakness. This is not true. Crying is very necessary in our lives when we do not do this; it causes us difficulties in life. If you need to cry in the shower I would recommend it very highly. It helps you get in touch with your feelings.

The reason i can post here while having problems most of the time is that I am out of touch with my feelings. Most days I do not feel anything. It is easier for me to empathize with you. I am sincere that I do care and love but it just is hard for me to feel my emotions. I connect with people through experiences I think that it is for me. Or I connect because I miss an emotion I wished that I had.  We all have our issues

I think that is beautiful and it is the way it should be. You should let them run free and wild like your spirit within you.

I am not ashamed to admit I cry. I don't see crying as weak. That is just another society construct. I am learning to free my emotions. It is a long story why but I allow them free reign within reason.
