Curly Vs Straight Hair?

Thing is, I myself have curly as well, not really curly, but curly enough to have proper curls and everything. And I have problems with it as well, there have been times when I just wanted it to be straight and not wavy and everything...And there have been times where I had the urge to straighten it, mostly because some of my friends were going on about how straight hair is better than curly hair and it was making me feel bad about myself.

But lately, I've been starting to realize that curly hair is not all that bad at all~ I mean, it's much more unique looking than straight hair, and it adds some kind of character to each person. Whereas, the majority of girls on this earth have either natural straight hair that's difficult to be turned into another hair-do, or hair that's been straightened. I'm not saying that there's something wrong with straight hair, but I'm just trying to support the uniqueness of curly hair.

And to add to that, most kinds of curly hair can be turned into a bunch of awesome hair-styles at any time. Now that's something natural completely straight hair don't have. Plus, do you know that in older times a woman with curly hair was a symbol of elegancy, purity and beauty?

I know that curly hair can be such a pain sometimes, especially cause it turns a little funny if you comb it properly and everything. And, personally, I never comb my curly hair, except after washing it, and I let it dry naturally. That's the best solution for curly hair in my opinion. It looks at its best then. But what I'm trying to say is that there's nothing really wrong with it, and each kind of curly hair has its own beauty~ Sure everyone can try to straighten it when they want, but I know from experience that they shouldn't overdo it, because that might cause more hair troubles.

I just hope everyone who has curly hair or not, will see its beauty and love it, even if it's not so ''perfect''. No one's perfect either, right?
