I'm So Tired

Hi everyone my names tessa I am 22 years old. I havnt been diagnosed with cvs yet but I'm almost positive that's what it is. It all started in April of 2011, I would get food poisoining like symptoms about once a month. And about after the fourth month I new something was wrong. An episode starts out with severe severe abdominal pain usually in the left upper side of my stomach. And within hours I'm laying on my bathroom floor vomiting horribly. It's really hard on me I'm a stay at home mom of 2 young daughters and wife. And when a episode starts I can't even take care of myself let a lone a 2 and 3 year olds. It makes me feel like a horrible mom because I can't take care of my family when I'm having horrible episodes. My episodes usually don't stop until I make a trip the the ER and get pain and nausea meds and fluids. But I hate even going to the ER because they want to treat you like a drug addict like your just there for pain meds well if I was just there for the pain meds I don't think I would be violently vomiting up blood. I just wish they would find something to help us all. The only thing that I have found to help is to take narcotic pain meds when the pain first starts sometimes that will help the episode go away but not always.

Hi
I had these horrible symptoms during a period of twenty years. No one could help me.
I felt like I was poisoned. I strongly felt that something was accumulating in the digestive system, and caused this vomiting.
I started to drink a herbal tea every day with a laxative and purifying effect. I soon felt that my body was getting "cleaner". The vomiting episodes soon decreaed in numbers, and after a year it was all over! Today I am completely over it, and have been for three years. But I still drink my tea every day.
Please try this. I do not think it is important to drink exactly the same tea, just make sure it is strong and meant for cleaning the system. And drink water to replace fluid loss.Do not give up. Good luck.

My girlfriend has had cvs for six years now and is having such a hard time with it. I have only known her for a short time but have witnessed first hand how cruel and cold the er room can be. We were literally kicked out due to her being to noisy.
More awareness needs to be made about cvs to the doctors so people are not treated like drug addicts looking for a fix.
I do not know what state you live in but we moved to colorado so she could try medical marijuana and so far it has helped her dramatically.
I am going to attempt to send and hand out as much information about cvs as possible even if i have to print it all out and hand deliver it to every hospital around and i hope to inspire many other loved ones of cvs sufferers to please do the same it seems like the best hope those of you with this have is to make sure the doctors/nurses are aware of the complications without quick treatment. I hope you are able to find some relief from your pain and never give up hope and please help spread the word.
