I Have Cvs

I was diagnosed with CVS when I was 11, after suffering the symptoms since I was a small child. I was told by my doctor that I have a mild case, as I have never been in the hospital because of it and I would only have episodes 1-2 times every few months. Between the time I graduated high school, and November of 2012 it would be very rare for me to have an episode, often occuring 1-2 times a year at this point. My doctor said it was common for people to "grow out of it" so I stopped taking my medication. Now I have been having episodes 1-2 times a week since December 19th, 2012. I will likely have to start going back on daily medication. I am 24 years old, a child and youth worker (CYW), and I work in a very stressful job. Stress has always been my main trigger, but I love my job and I don't want to have to give it up. At the same time though, I do not want my CVS to get worse.
