...because I Have No Time To Be Distracted By Anger

Depression gripped me tight until one day I decided to get firce myself to experience any other emtion. This led to a short period of being angry about everything around me. Then I decided to focus on achieving things. Goals and accomplishments brought me joy and pride. Eventually I found peace through physical training because it kept my mind blank. After each session the emptiness in my head would be filled with comfort and peace. Now I found myself returning to that empty mind and consequent peace anytime I get too caught up.
