I Have Done Things That I Swore I Would Never Do.

I'm 47 years old.  And in those years I've done things that I swore I would never do.  I would see my friends get drunk then hit on any guy.  I judged them.  Then later, I did the same thing.  I can't take it back, but I can learn from it.  Like don't drink so much that my inhibitions are gone.  I said I would never get married.  G..It's going on 24 years.  I kinda regret not ever being on my own.  I think everyone should experience that.  Sometimes I wish I could go back and do my life over again.  But that won't happen and I would probably make the same mistakes again because it's learning.

That yes you end up learning from mistakes and someitmes make you stronger person.

kAT; i UNDERSTAND YOUR THOUGHTS AND FEELINGS. tHESE ARE THINGS THAT WE CANNOT CHANGE. iF IT WAS NOT FOR OUR JOURNEY THROUGH LIFE WHO IS TO SAY THAT WE WOULD STILL BE WHO WE ARE IF WE HAD NOT EXPERIENCED WHAT WE HAVE IN LIFE. eVERYTHING THAT HAPPENS IN LIFE MAKES US WHO WE ARE.

There are plenty more people that have done things that they try to forget afterwards. Ever married a murderer serving life while he was actually already in prison? The writer Danielle Steele did.

Even get married?

I had my years of wildhood and doing the things I wanted, legal or not. I have married now for 24 years and I wouldn't do anything over again. (including the wild years)

I 've thought the same about my life.Never say never..Just when we think we won't, we do. I can honestly say, every rotten thing I ever did, wasn't worth it! Lol .. in hind sight, I'd do most over again { with a twist} that's how I learned to do better with my decisions. Too late to change or worry myself! :>}
