And It Doesn't Bother Me a Bit

I don't mind that I've drifted away from people.

Partially, because new people have taken their place.

But what is important to recognise is that your needs and interests change as you do.

And people don't always go in the same direction with that.

So when my friends all prioritised different things in their lives, and moved in different ways, I was sad for a little while. But after grief comes acceptance, and a kind of freedom.

Once you accept that its ok, its oddly liberating to let people go.
