I was diagnosed with endo also, had my surgery on October 31,2011 and when I went in for my 6 week check up on December 15,2011 my doctor told me she was able to burn the endo and we talked about my options, I can't take birth control due to I have too many side effects from it and I refused the other medicine that would make me go into menopause because I am only going to be 21 and to. E that is to young for menopause, so I decided to go day by day with no medicine, I asked if I could get pregnant and I am still able to thank God, but I'm waiting a few years hoping I don't have problems then. I recently started having problems again, only 2 months later, painful intercourse, weird discharge, nausea, Irratible bowel acting up again, mood swings, cramps and I'm not on my period.. It has only been 2 months!! I wish I knew what the best advice for you was but I don't even know what to do for myself :( all I know is I hate this and hate having it.. I pray for you and wish you the best of luck!! I am here to tak but I'm not real smart on all this endo stuff :( I wish I had more answers..

get a medtronic pump to deliver meds to you...........get a hysterectomy ....

see if your doc will do Total Balloon Oblation. it is where they inflate a balloon inside the uterus and burn/caterize the endometrium. it is done under sedative and is no more painful, less infact, than one period cycle.
i am willing to talk on the phone and will give you my phone number if you like - via email.
Just got results back yesterday from endovag ultrasound and cut of my pelvis. Radiology tech couldn't see my right ovary and part of uterus in regular ultrasound ultrasound so they ordered the info and cut. The Dr called yesterday with results and said she would call today with a specialist referral that could see me the soonest and is in my insurance network. I'm scared to death :(
