Since I Was A Kid

My first flare ups started when i was young, i couldnt stand up long enough for my mom to do my hair. My fet would turn red or even black. We called it "bad circulation" doctors literally laughed it off as nothing. It didnt really burn or hurt back then. Sometimes toes would go numb but i am and was very active track-swimming -vollyball. My face swells and turns red. One hand might be fe freezing and the other is hot or one finger is gold and yellow- totally numb and the rest of the hand is throbbing. I really believe gluten and sodium make it worse.

I have been on a gluten free diet since my journey began in March 2012. I don't know how much it is helping, but I can tell you it is not hurting anything and I fully endorse the gluten free lifestyle. I think gluten can exacerbate a wide variety of things!
