More Than Once

Me and math-based classes just don't get along!  From 10th grade Chemistry (I did great in the lab; formulas and such...not so much!)

I'd an amazing teacher who dragged me through Algebra 1 and Geometry.  Two weeks into Algebra 2 and everyone involved knew I was a lost cause.

And College Algebra.  Gods.  I tried it twice at my local community college.  I dropped out both times when it became apparent that I'd a snowball's chance in hell of passing.

Finally, I was one class away from my Associate's degree.  That one class was College Algebra.  I busted my azz, worked harder than I ever have for a grade in my life.

Flunked it.

Took it again, passed with a D-.

I didn't care, I passed.  Never in my life have I been more proud of a 62%!
