Recently Diagnosed And Don't Know How To Answer People When They Ask Me How I'm Feeling!

Hi everyone,
I was recently diagnosed, due to process of elimination. I have been questioned, examined, poked, prodded.. you name it.
As a fallback I have been, what my doctor says "temporarily" diagnosed with Fibro.
I don't know what to say to people anymore when they ask me how I'm feeling. I don't want to be rude or assume they understand, because most people do NOT understand Fibromyalgia as you all know. How do you handle questions like that?

I'm honest, I usually just say "not great" or "fair" depending on the day. I don't tell many people I have it because I don't really want to get into it. Fibromyalgia seems to have a hypochondria stigma attached to it - even though those of us who suffer from it know very well that's not the case. I typically just tell whoever's asking that it's my back (which it usually is, primarily) & they nod sympathetically because people can understand back pain.
