Just Diagnosed, But I Have Different Symptoms!

I have been constipated for years. I have always been told I have IBS with constipation. This year, the pains, constipation, bloating, gas, reflux, etc got so much worse. After many many tests, I have just been diagnosed with Gastroparesis. I do not get nausea and I do not vomit. Has anyone else been diagnosed before with these symptoms yet no nausea or vomiting?

Also, has anyone been on the drug Domperidome?

I feel happy to have a diagnosis. I just want to make sure it is accurate!

Thank you!

You do not need to be nauseous and vomiting to have GP. When I was first diagnosed with it I had symptoms just like yours with no nausea and vomiting. That's not the case now, but it was then. So your diagnosis may be correct. I have been on domperidone for 4 years. It works ok for me. Not great, but ok. It seems to vary somewhat person to person. On the bright side I have had no side effects from it. Good luck.
