My Daughter Was Just Told She Has Gastroparesis,

My daughter had been throwing up for two weeks and still was not able to keep anything down so she went to our local er and they were no help, saying she had the stomach flu (stupid) and they took a x ray of her head?! Of course, she still felt terrible and already lost 10 pounds from not eating....:( She went to a better team of doctors and nurses further away and with several tests done they came back with this diagnosis. I have been reading on this and it sounds very scary! We have an appointment with the GI next thursday. Worried mother
