3 Times Ectopic Pregnancies

I've had a ruptured ectopic pregancy on my left tube last March 2003 and another one on my right tube on November of the same year, but my right tube was saved. From that 2 ectopic pregnancies, I took contraceptive pills for almost 5 years. Just this year (March 2011) I've had another ectopic pregnancy on my right tube again that was saved last 2003. Now I'm a liitle bit worried coz' up to now, I havent had my menstruation for more than a week now. Is there a possibility of getting pregnant again. I need some advise... Please help... Thanks...
