Should I Move On ?

I met my boyfriend not ex boyfriend in high school .We started to date while he was on leave .Before we seen each other in person again as bf and gf throw text he told me he wanted to get engaged.Then when he was home everything was fine but 3 days he dident come see me becuase he was depressed about 2 years apart.When he left he try to get me to move on and stuff .So many times he would try to push me away .When he got stress everything was worst .But he would say things like im nothing special .There was a time we broke up I wouldent talk to him .He told me he dident want a reationship becuase he cant flirt or have sex.I moved on or try to .He went out with some girl that he told me he was in love with to .We broke up with each other bf and girlfriends becuase he miss me .He told me he not going to let me go as easy and ask to get engaaged.He ask this like 3 times again during different times.Before the deployment he said he not going to make it home alive and stuff.When he got there he told me stuff like I dont think im the one for you .He broke up with me this time and some part of me feels like its the end and thats its done for good but other times I feel like he just need time .He told me I dont feel like a bf and I feel trap and that he dont feel like he the right guy and dont want to date me again over guilt but dont want to hurt mebecuase thats not love he told me he dont want to settle down but dont think there are plenty of other girls I could date he just dont want to date right now but shouldent rush into dating but let see how I feel as friends he said he cant be dating he to stress and depressed.I feel like he always going to get to stress or depressed and its just a excuss to break up with me .He cant keep breaking up with me everytime he stress .Its like his mood go back and forth one min he say one things the next something else.
