My Story

Well I have had HS for around 13 years now and it has been the single, most painful thing I have ever had. I was officially diagnosed about 2 years ago and since have had surgery in an attempt to correct it. It was beyond painful. And I'm not sure how to deal with it. It just comes right back so now I feel like it was for nothing. I legit feel like I'm a monster and just dream about feeling normal for once and not having to turn down my daughter for the park or other physical activities because of how much pain it causes when I get another breakout. It's sort of a morbid comfort to know that I'm not the only one who suffers from it.
