Controling High Blood Pressure

During stressful times I have had high blood pressure although I found that the key for me is not to actually focus on the fact. Meditation diet and exercise will go a long way to enabling the mind and body to bring  back a state of balance. High blood pressure is often a symptom of conditioned stress. In other words focusing on getting healthy and in balance may be more useful rather than focusing in on the problem.

As a hypnotist with over 20 years I have also learned how to slow down and speed  up my pulse just using thoughts.

Thank you! This is beneficial information. I'm a SAHM that is under much stress mostly from situations I cannot control. I really do need to learn how to calm down.....
