Every night I know that I need to go to sleep but I can't and don't want to. Yet at the same time I want to just sleep and sleep and sleep all day. Unfortunately, I'm in highschool and I only get about 3-4 hours of sleep a night because of sleep paralysis and insomnia.
When I do manage to go to sleep I usually get night terrors or paralysis that prevents me from resting. I wake up about every hour or two for no reason and it makes me feel like I'm not getting any sleep at all. I hate going to bed because of all of this but I need the sleep desperately. My grades are plummetting because I sleep in almost every class that I have. I also have sleep issues because I worry about everything before I go to sleep, including my friend (but that's another story).
