I Never Know When I'm Going To Be Awake Or Asleap.

I have a very bad insomnia problem. Honestly, I receive disability for mental health reasons and this is one of them. When I lay down it is simply a crap shoot that I'm hoping to win. Sometimes I lie there for hours and then simply give up and get on Facebook. I just recently found this site and also like to come here. I really have no hopes of ever getting over this issue. It's something that I just deal with to the best of my ability.
