Another Sleepless Night.

All I want is to fall asleep.. but my mind won't stop racing.

I find a combination of taking some natural remedies such as Valerian Root and caffeine free ice tea after dinner, along with talking it over with someone over the phone at night, really helps calm my nerves. And if those things still don't work, I go outside and walk until my legs are nice and tired and the rest of my body follows. Conversation before bed is good because it takes your mind off of the anxiety and before you know it your tired enough to lie down.

Ocean sounds are so soothing that it helps to calm my racing thoughts.

I know the feeling I find thinking about something happy helps
