I know so many people who were helped by adding a vitamin D supplement. A few years ago, my husband went in for a check up and his blood test revealed he was deficient. His Dr. Started him on 1000 IUs a day. The difference was amazing. Before this he used to nap almost every day. It really took a toll on our household after a while. Worse than missing his time and attention, he is a light sleeper so it was a major problem to keep two kids and two dogs quiet. He also reports that he doesn't wake up as often during the night as long as he remembers to take his D.

Are you starting a vitamin D regimine or do you already take it?

I'm taking 8000 now. I have a test I have already bought from Life Extension Foundation, but I have to drive to another city for it. so I don't know when I'll get around to it.
