I suffer from Chronic Primary Insomnia (I did my research). I have other problems.... but this one seems to have the worse effect. I am a night owl as it is. When I try to sleep, I can't. I wake up repeatedly. I also have Nightmare Disorder, so that doesn't help matters with my Insomnia. When I wake up, it is sometimes really early. I'm almost always tired and dizzy. I take naps a couple times a week. I never reach the REM stage of sleep... and I'm a very light sleeper. I probably get about seven or eight hours of sleep at night, not excluding the times I wake up. Even so, I still feel as though I didn't get enough sleep. It sucks.
