It Is Rather Annoying.

I was diagnosed with insomnia quite early in my teens. Having been through a few different psychiatrists I have had a few different types of treatment for it. The worst was the "stop all sleeping pills, she will sleep when she is tired" theory I ended up passing out after a week with a total of 3 hrs sleep. This landed me in hospital.
I am now under an extremely good psychiatrist who is helping me battle my insomnia head on.

yeh thats what the doctors tell me. its funny because most doctors dont get it because they dont have the same problem.
