No Sleep For Me

I lay in bed for hours some nights trying to fall asleep. The worse is when I do fall asleep only to wake up 10 min. later and that's it for me...I lay there trying to calm my mind, but no..youslept for 10 min. now you have to wait for another 3 or 4 hrs. before you can sleep again. Have you watched "Fight Club" with Brad Pitt and Edward Norton? It is about what can happen when you don't sleep for long periods of time. It is one of my favorite movies..I wonder if I stay awake long enough if I can have Angelina Jolie as my alter ego...that would be kinda cool. I visit E.P. a lot of nights when I can't sleep...You Too?? Any one want to make soap??(watch the movie, then you'll understand)

I do the exact same thing everynight for the last month or so. No reason for the change. The doctor gave me some sleeping pills that did nothing. I went to the pharmacy and bought a bottle of Melatonin and take 2 every night. They put me to sleep quick but only work for about 3 hours. With 5 kids only 3 hours of sleep a night is becoming a drag....

I'll make soap with you, just don't get lye all over my hand.<br />

It's pretty much the same for me. I've gone about five nights in a row without sleeping in the past, only to pass out from exhaustion and it is the worst feeling in the world. Just lying there, staring at the ceiling is enough to make a person go insane. After a while, however, your body seems to reacclamate (at least mine sort of did) and you can run okay on significantly less sleep. Try not to reach that point though
