I'm Getting Better

I slept like a baby until my mid-30s.  Then it all went to hell.  I didn't sleep for 15 years.

Recently, I discovered a book called "Say Goodnight to Insomnia".  Can't remember the author's name, but it's on Amazon for about $13.  This book helped me a lot.

I'm also taking a nutritional supplement called Reliv.  This too is helping.  (It's also helping my blood pressure and allergies.)

I now sleep most nights like a normal person.

I'm so glad to hear you're able to get some sleep now. I like the way you say sleep like a "normal" person- I have often wondered why I can't just do the sleep thing like most other people do! Although looking on here, I can see so many others going through it. Will look for that book and give it a go!
