I had insomnia too, my social media accounts+stress made me insomnia 2years ago..
But hopefully im ok now, insomnia fighters can try shower with warm water before go to bed and insomnia fighter musics this metods worked on me :)

Good suggestions. I've been getting 4 to 5 hours the last couple of weeks. Exhausting!
