Lately, it's been a problem. I just really envy people who can immediately go to sleep the moment they jump into their bed but not me. If I'm lucky, it'll take at least an hour. If I'm stressed, anxious, or simply not tired, it'll take 2 hours, maybe 3, 4, 5 hours? And it sucks because it takes away from the time I have to sleep (and I'm getting prominent dark circles from this erggghhh)!!! I spend the time thinking about deep weird stuff, maybe too much but I tend to contemplate stuff constantly anyway.
