If Only I Could...

My main problem is not getting asleep, but remaining... I wake up a few hours after I got asleep, usually 2-3 hours later, and find it often difficult to get to sleep again. And if I do, it's not over: the whole thing happens again after an hour or so, sometimes 2 or 3 times per night. Otherwise, if I wake up the first time 'late' enough (let's say at 3-3.30 am) I don't fall asleep again at all. Luckily this seldom happens. I have better nights sometimes, but other times, I sleep 3-4 hours a night for weeks, which makes me feel terrible as you can imagine. I've tried camomille, valerian, herbs etc, then went to the GP who prescribed me a bland sleeping pill. I now use it about once a week at the most, beacuse I don't want to get 'accustomed' to it.

hmmm, with all you have taken, have you ever tried a deep tissue massage? it release muscle tensions in your body and if done right recoup your body back to normal. What chance do you have left. And if you find one, ask if his into Japanese style.
