Sleep Is the DevilWhere do I start? I have such a love -hate relationship with sleep. I want to love it, but I can only hate it.
Because of my sleep apnea and my periodic limb movement, my sleep is often disturbed, regardless of anything else. Add to that the fact that I have a non-24-hour circadian rhythm, and things get really interesting. Recurrent insomnia above and beyond all of that is just the icing on the cake.
I have slept only 24 hours this week.
