when i do sleep,i sleep from 6 p.m. to 4 a.m,but i have this annoyining obsesive behavior of having to see what time it is when i wake up, which is about every hour, and then most nights i just lay awake in the dark trying to nod off, sometimes for days at a time, i don't know if this is insomnia, or if ive just gone off my rocker, but i keep loseing and gaining weight, and i think it has something to do with the lack of sleep, any suggestions would help.

Melatonin might help...find a good health food store they should have it and give you direction on taking it. GL!
