My Adoptive Daughter Is Bipolar And A Kleptomaniac

 My daughter came to me as a foster child when she was 3 years old.  We adopted her and her baby brother in 2004.  She is now ll years old.
She started taking things soon after we had her in our home.  She has been in psychiatric therapy for years.  She was also diagnosed with ADHD and bipolar.  She lies all the time about the smallest and dumbest things.  She is on prozac, tenex, focalin, and abilify.  This is alot of medication.  We have tried all kinds of consequences for her actions and nothing has worked. The psychiatrist and therapist said there is no pill for stealing and lying.
I have searched on the internet for answers.  Tomorrow she is entering a 90 day program that is therapy based.  I just want to know if anyone has had success in getting rid of temptations.  For an ll year old, she is very into boys...another concern.  I have a total of 6 kids...four are adopted and range from 7 yrs old to 12 years old.  She has become a full time job for me.  Any suggestions greatly appreciated.
