It Has To Stop

I've been doing this since I was five. Ive always took things that no meaning at all. Wether it be a lighter, some head phones, or a penny from someone or somewhere. I just can't stop my self I'm 16. When in 5 th grade I went to dc with school ant stole so much and I threw most o it away I tore the rest up. Now I can't go in to a store without stealing something. But the other day I went in to cvs and took some headphones a pair of shades some chapstick and some toy. The alarm at the door went off. I traded it all and ran like he**. It has to stop. I've got extremely low self esteem because of all this.
