long time ago.... I was about 7st 9lbs I think... I remember Id gotten over 7st 7lbs and panicked, so i stopped eating.
Not just restricting anymore, not just 200kcal every 2 days, but nothing at all. first few days were hell then i just collapsed and let go, hide in my room, not doing anything but getting on and off the scales.
ultimately i lost 10 lbs in 8 days.
it was horrible and despite my restricting at the time, (when i started eating again i was back to my safe 200kcal a day) i put about 7lbs back on.

 | Posted Apr 2nd, 2008 at 9:34AM it was, i even scared myself. I think it was because I had had a bad week before, eating what others call normally, what I called like a pig. So my body stored all that and I put on a bit, so it came off really quickly It all goes straight back on though (hence going from 12st to under 7st to 14st in about 3 years) |
