Thanksgiving a few years ago, I got really sick and was vomiting like crazy. I didn't eat at all and was constantly emptying my stomach.

I went down from 145 to 135 in two days.

I didn't even know that was possible.

The moral of the story... Getting sick is a good diet?

    Over those two days I didn't eat anything, I couldn't, whenever I tried the nausea would come back.
